Methods of making Sweet Notes

2. Lab Made Recreation:

   • Process: Involves creating aroma chemicals that replicate sweet scents found in nature. Common synthetics include ethyl vanillin (for vanilla), coumarin (for tonka bean), and heliotropin (for almond).

3. Maceration and Tincturing:

   • Process: Ingredients like benzoin or vanilla can be macerated in alcohol to produce tinctures that carry the sweet scent.
